Compass Cares is our hyper-local approach to giving and volunteering, empowering agents and employees alike to support meaningful causes that help everyone find their place in the world - right in our own communities. Through this program, Compass Cares contributes funds and skills-based volunteering to local organizations, with 100% of real estate transactions resulting in a donation to the community. Michelle Phillips Team chooses to make donations to local homeless shelters, cancer and lupus research organizations, holiday food/toy drives, college scholarships, etc. for every closed transaction.
