Alex Harris helped me find my apartment in Evanston. The space he found is great and he really showed a strong grasp on understanding the market of the area. He was great to work with and personable while also being professional. Alex put my needs first even if it resulted in a lower comission for him which I really appreciated. I am only going to be in this apartment for a year and will definitely work with Alex in the near future again!

I am not one to usually leave reviews but with Mr. Kopic, I had to! He was referred to me by my parents who used him for the buying/selling process of their new/old home. I have got to say he made something that seemed so stressful to be a walk in the park. He was able to help me find the perfect apartment to live in that checked off all of my boxes. She helped set up a profile through Compass, which made it extremely easy to search for units and buildings that fit in my criteria and wish list. Anytime I had questions, I would reach out and would get a quick response with details or information that I was looking for. In the end, she found the perfect place for myself and my girlfriend to move too. She even took an afternoon to walk us around the area to ensure we felt comfortable moving to the South Loop.
