Meet Nika Magradze

As a dedicated real estate agent, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers in the greater Chicago area and northern Illinois markets. I assist clients in finding their ideal homes or investment properties, whether they are first-time homebuyers, making a move, or seasoned investors.

Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, I moved to the United States in 2004. I speak English, Georgian, and intermediate Spanish, bringing a multicultural perspective to my work. Before helping clients with real estate, I oversaw operations for over 1,400 commercial properties at a fast-paced asset management and data analytics company, engaging with clients like Prologis, Walmart, Link Logistics, and Amazon.

Outside of real estate, I’m a curious learner, passionate about travel, nature, international cuisine, and fishkeeping. I even developed an iOS app for aquarists to learn and successfully manage their aquariums.
