Meet Jana Pierce

Serving as Co-Founder at Qamar Group, REAL, Jana Pierce played a vital role in closing $500M+ transaction volume for the team from 2019-present, and has comprehensive knowledge of both the Chicago and North Shore markets, with specialized knowledge in “behind-the-scenes” aspects of closing a deal successfully. A licensed real estate agent since 2017, her personal buyer/seller/renter/landlord clients describe her as “innovative, positive and the ultimate problem solver”.

Jana enjoys using creativity to navigate the multiple negotiations within a real estate deal. Her greatest joy is building genuine connections with her clients, teammates, co-operating agents, attorneys, lenders, title officers, and vendors that all play a role in creating the ultimate client experience. She has recruited over 100 agents, trained multiple brand new agents to produce $5M - $15M within 1 year (and make 6 figures in the process!), and has refined her organizational skills by building out transaction coordination systems to help agents earn more in a reduced timeframe.

Jana began her real estate career in commercial leasing in 2014 and transitioned into the residential field in 2017. She has extensive experience representing prospective tenants and landlords, negotiating rental terms, listing rental properties, screening tenants properly and providing 5 star service in the Chicagoland area. Jana planned and executed the 2018 and 2019 Kellogg Housing Fair for Northwestern University's incoming graduate program, connecting thousands of students with a concierge level rental service to seamlessly secure student housing. Her specialized knowledge and curated database of both on and off market buildings gives her clients a leg up on the competition.

She went on to recruit and train the leasing team at Qamar Group in 2019. She was commissioned to build out a white glove service administrative team that has played a major role in increasing total team volume 150% year after year and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2020. She earned the title of Qamar Group “Partner” in 2022 when she closed $10M in transaction volume in one calendar year, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Jana is known for her ability to connect with clients, keep them engaged throughout the process, and overcome obstacles creatively. She enjoys traveling in the USA and abroad, reading business/self development books and John Grisham thrillers, yoga practice, running $5Ks and Half Marathons (3 time Chicago marathon competitor!), card/board games, the Chicagoland restaurant scene (Sunda, Etta & Duck Duck Goat to name a few) and engaging coffee conversations with motivated people!
