Director of Operations | Real Estate BrokerTabren Smith (He/Him/His) is a rising star in the Chicago real estate market, known for his commitment to excellence, integrity, and inclusivity. Tabren began his career in real estate in the Fall of 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, driven by his passion for helping others find their dream homes during one of the most challenging times for us all.
As an LGBTQIA+ professional, Tabren has learned to thrive in a competitive Chicagoland market while remaining true to himself and to his clients. He understands the unique needs and concerns of the LGBTQIA+ community and is committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment for all!
Tabren is now a proud member of The Qamar Group, a Division of Compass, which is ranked in the top 1% of teams in the state of Illinois. The Qamar Group works with a wide range of clients, from those renting to those seeking multi-million dollar lakefront properties, all with the same goal of achieving excellence by unlocking opportunities and building long lasting connections with every client!
Tabren's hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, he was nominated for the Chicago Association of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" Award and made Top 3 out of hundreds of nominees! While also now being a member of Qamar Group, the team has been awarded for 2022 Top Team Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors and nominated the #7 team in the state by the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors.
Beyond his real estate career, Tabren is also a Chicago local vocal recording artist who performs at various Chicago shows and events. He is an active member of Stonewall Sports, a local kickball and dodgeball association, and enjoys spending time with friends and family in his downtime. Tabren also loves to travel and try new hidden gem restaurants and bars in the city!
